I have a medical issue (asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure) but would like to get started, can I?

You can go ahead and fill out a form, but I will have you consult your health care provided before we go any further.

What sort of commitment do i have to make?

We have a trainer - client agreement we both will sign for notification of possible risks, outline relationship expectations, and ensure follow through of commitment (i.e. package purchases).
