What to Expect
Learn the fundamentals of lifting weight in a supportive environment! We spend 12 weeks progressing through movements to challenge our muscles and our minds. Lifting best practices such as safety, breathing, bracing, and gym etiquette will be second nature! We also discuss factors outside of the gym such as nutrition, recovery, stress management, and daily activity.
Learn safe movement patterns from a personal trainer to reduce risk of injury.

Is the class only 12 weeks?
No, the class will be structured in 12 week blocks, but it will be a continuous class.
Nope! You can join whenever. You will just see the most progression if you start at a 12 week point.
Do I have to start at one of the 12 week increments?
How does payment work?
I will get you set up with the app and you will be billed monthly. If the class isn’t for you, you will be able to cancel.
